Artist Statement
I am interested in conveying the sensory and emotional experience of my personal reactions to landscape. In my own artist practice, landscape is not about the landscape itself but the person who witnesses it.
Landscapes to me are not just the physical earth but the constructions of ideas and exploring this through my own Lense. I interpret many of this through my poetry.
I then visualize this through interdisciplinary practice, which involves a variety of fine art processes to immerse viewers.
